What is Animal Healing?

What I always love about Reiki treatments with animals is that they tend to direct where they want the healing and are often very much in charge of the whole process which they naturally seem to understand far better than us humans!  I am merely the facilitator...

I base the healing session on Reiki from the ancient art of Usui teachings. This method of healing works on both animals and humans and can either be hands on or distant depending on your geographical location or also due to the severity of the problems, for example, if a dog or horse or cat has problems meeting with strangers this can be the most effective way to begin the consultations.

Reiki healing on animals is healing energy that is absorbed by the animal and then works on whatever it needs to, whether it is to heal the animal physically, emotionally or spiritually. It is very powerful and always goes to the source of the health problems. It is always safe for both the recipient and the healer and is adaptable for any circumstances so it will never bring any harm to anyone.

A very simple method of healing, yet it can deal with complex problems. After a treatment the animal tends to be very relaxed and peaceful and more in touch with who they really are at a deep soul level.
